In the gaming world of sneakers, I hopped on board the partnership between these two powerhouses back in 2021. Last year, they dropped an updated version of the RC Elite running shoe that had me hitting the tracks with renewed energy. This collaboration was a joint effort by Stone Island’s creative minds and New Balance’s innovation hub based in both Tokyo and Boston – two cities that truly understand the pulse of footwear design!
Previously, New Balance’s 991v2 was given a black and olive hue as a new color scheme last autumn. More recently, this summer has seen Stone Island presenting two fresh color combinations for the New Balance 574, in “Light Green” and “Dark Green” tones.
The newest sneak peek displays both the Stone Island and New Balance emblems on pictures featuring trucks; among them is an image showing a man tugging at a truck using only his physical strength.
