CUDOS token surges amid ASI merger proposal

As a seasoned researcher with a keen interest in blockchain technology and artificial intelligence, I find this proposed merger between CUDOS and the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI) quite intriguing. The potential integration of these two entities could indeed revolutionize the landscape of decentralized AI, potentially leading to the development of the world’s largest vertically integrated decentralized AI technology stack.

On the distributed AI computing platform CUDO, its native token has seen a jump of over 12% within the last day.

The value of CUDOS soared to peaks at $0.01, but encountered resistance in the market as it responded to the announcement made on September 11 about a possible union between CUDOS and the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI), suggesting a potential merger.

Artificial Superintelligence Alliance proposes CUDOS merger

The newly-established ASI group, resulting from the union of SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol, has expressed interest in incorporating AI computing service provider CUDOS. The combined tokens of these entities now form the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance token, known as FET.

As per the announcement, the merger will only take place if it gets approved by the communities involved in both projects. A governance vote has been set for between September 19 and September 24, 2024, to decide on this approval.

Setting stage for decentralized AGI

Matt Hawkins, the brainchild behind CUDOS, expressed that a possible collaboration with the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance might aid in constructing the globe’s “most extensive vertically integrated decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) tech system.

CUDOS enables users to access premium AI infrastructure, such as NVIDIA’s H100 GPUs, at roughly half the cost of traditional cloud providers like Amazon AWS. This feature could lead to dominance for blockchain-based providers.

Should the ASI merger be approved, it would open up opportunities for progress in versatile artificial intelligence.

Using CUDOS’ robust computer system integrated into the ASI platform, we’re preparing the foundation for extraordinary developments in Artificial Intelligence. These advancements could reshape the course of technology, opening doors to a future where Decentralized Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) become a reality.

CUDOS token to migrate to FET

112.427 CUDOS tokens will be transformed into a single FET token, with a conversion fee of 5%. This implies an effective exchange rate of approximately 118.344 CUDOS tokens required to obtain one FET token. This transition will increase the total supply of FET by more than 88.9 million tokens.

As a crypto investor, I’m keeping a close eye on the ongoing discussions regarding the potential merger. Regardless, the CUDOS blockchain will continue to function smoothly during this period. If the community gives its approval for the proposed plan, we can expect the migration process to begin, ensuring the continuity and growth of our investment.
