As someone who’s been around the gaming block more times than I care to remember, it’s always a delight to stumble upon a game that manages to catch my eye. And when said game is none other than Summoners Kingdom: Goddess, well, color me intrigued!
Rarely does a game escape our notice, but when it does, it’s typically for a valid reason. In the instance of Summoners Kingdom: Goddess, this is due to its release under a slightly modified name. Yes, you might recall we talked about Summoners Kingdom at the time of its initial announcement. So, what’s different now that it’s being launched? Let’s explore and discover together!
Regarding the gameplay, this is a 3D action role-playing game (ARPG) that incorporates cards, giving you a clear understanding of what to expect. Interestingly, the emphasis in this version appears to be on female characters, sparking various assumptions. However, if you’re already acquainted with this genre, it doesn’t seem to innovate much in terms of mechanics.
What I find confusing in the gameplay I’ve observed is the blend of characters that seem more lifelike and cartoonish. However, since the game has been in development for a prolonged period (early access), it doesn’t come as a shock to me that aspects have evolved over time.
