CBS' FBI Star Celebrated 7 Years With Grateful Message To Fans, And He Got Lots Of Love From The Wolf Entertainment Family

As a long-time fan who has been following FBI since its inception, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and nostalgia as we approach Season 7. It’s like reconnecting with an old friend after years apart, knowing that the adventures are about to unfold once more. The Dick Wolf universe has become a staple in my weekly TV schedule, and I can’t help but feel grateful for its consistent delivery of gripping stories and compelling characters.

Hardly in disbelief, it’s worth noting that FBI is gearing up for its seventh season on the 2024 TV lineup, having surpassed the 100-episode mark a couple of seasons ago and receiving a substantial renewal in the spring. This series was instrumental in expanding Dick Wolf’s television universe, which initially comprised One Chicago and the Law & Order shows, and eventually spawned two spinoffs. So, it comes as no shock that leading actor Zeeko Zaki is brimming with excitement as Season 7 nears? He recently penned a heartfelt message for fans, and received plenty of affection in return.

I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and sadness as I gaze upon Zeeko Zaki’s latest post, revealing the artwork for the upcoming season of FBI. The absence of Katherine Renee Kane’s character Tiff is noticeable, yet expected. Yet, there was no trace of bitterness in the cheerful caption he penned down. Here’s a sneak peek:

Additionally, he received feedback from individuals associated with the nine-series Dick Wolf television realm, such as Odelya Halevi from Law & Order and Sean Anthony Baker, a previous guest star on Chicago Med and FBI.

Although it’s premature to predict another seven seasons, especially for a series in the same universe as Law & Order: SVU, which is about to premiere its Season 26, viewers can expect FBI to remain on air for some time. In fact, CBS has already renewed the show starring Zeeko Zaki for an impressive three more seasons, pushing its run well beyond the 2025 TV schedule and into the 2026-2027 season. Additionally, both FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International have also been renewed for another season each.

The main four cast members of the FBI series, Missy Peregrym as Maggie, Zeeko Zaki as OA, Jeremy Sisto as Jubal, and Alana de la Garza as Isobel, have been with us since the show’s debut. John Boyd joined in the second season as Scola, and Katherine Renee Kane appeared in the third as Tiff. Regrettably, Kane won’t reprise her role as a series regular in Season 7.

Are you excited for the FBI team to be back on your screens in prime time? The wait ends soon! Season 7 starts on Tuesday, October 15 at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on CBS. This will be followed by FBI: International Season 4 and FBI: Most Wanted Season 6 at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. ET respectively. Don’t forget to catch the new seasons of all three shows on Paramount+ as well.
