BAPE Celebrates 20 Years of the SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE With New Collections

As a gamer with a penchant for streetwear and an eye for design, I must say that BAPE’s 20th anniversary celebration of their SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE has truly caught my attention. The debut of the SHARK STA sneaker, a testament to the iconic hoodie’s spirit, is nothing short of exhilarating.

BAPE is commemorating the 20-year milestone of its SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE by launching a thrilling array of fresh products. One such novelty is the introduction of the SHARK STA, an innovative sneaker design that captures the essence, attitude, construction, and design heritage of the renowned hoodies.

Featuring a sturdy build combining mesh, leather, and rubber materials, the SHARK STA boasts a design reminiscent of a shark’s silhouette, with accentuated “shark teeth” details along the lower upper. In homage to the original STA sneaker, the new model showcases a shooting star pattern on the sole unit’s sides.

On October 5th, BAPE plans to unveil its COUNTRY PACK collection, featuring various hoodies, T-shirts, and SHARK STA sneakers in ten unique color schemes. Each color scheme represents a different country: China, France, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, UAE, the UK, and the US. Additionally, each hoodie comes with five customizable patches for buyers to personalize their items.

On October 19th, the label will reveal its CORE PACK assortment, introducing items such as the SHARK STA, SHARK FULL ZIP HOODIE, and SHARK TEE in a range of muted colors that capture an autumn ambiance. The collection spans from monochrome, beige, brown, olive, to different shades of gray. Furthermore, this line emphasizes a high-end combination of materials, encompassing suede, nubuck, patent, and calf leathers.

Take a peek at the fashion styles shown in the lookbooks up there. The joyful new collections, as mentioned earlier, can be purchased from both BAPE’s online and physical stores.
