As a seasoned Top War player with countless hours spent strategizing and battling it out, I must say that the heroes you’ve mentioned truly stand out in their respective domains.
In the game Top War, numerous elements can be regarded as resources that you can accumulate, and occasionally, heroes fall into this category. Given the abundance of available heroes in the game, selecting a few to focus on might prove challenging due to their sheer number.
Don’t lose hope! Here’s a list of top-tier warriors from the game, carefully selected to suit your requirements. These heroes come with special buffs and their abilities are particularly effective in specific scenarios. Before we take a look at the Top War tier list though, I’ll start by mentioning that the rarity of the heroes (SSR, SR, and R) plays a very important role in the game. The higher a hero’s rarity, the more troops can join them in battle (SSR heroes can take a lot more troops than R heroes).
All the heroes have a type – some of them are Air Force heroes, some are Army heroes, and others are Navy Heroes. In the tier list, you will find them all divided by their type, so it will be a lot easier for you to pick the best ones based on what they should specialize in.

Kotiya – Although she’ll require some investment, she is an outstanding character that can skyrocket all the Navy units you have.
Nereid – She can be amazing thanks to her high damage, but her skills are a tad bit based on RNG. You can make her work regardless, so it’s a worthy investment for Navy units.
Yuu – She only grants buffs for the Navy units, but if your entire formation is based around that, then she is a must-have. Her kit is amazing for granting shields and damage reduction, as well as boosting the defenses.
