The movie, taking place in London, started filming on September 29, 2024, under the direction of Aarti S Bagdi, renowned for Chalti Rahe Zindagi. Indian Stories and collaborators A Richer Lens and Aarjay Pictures are producing this project together.

The movie is scheduled to be filmed in the United Kingdom during October and November. Moreover, it was disclosed that a renowned Bollywood music creator has already produced six unique songs for the film, which will be performed by some of Bollywood’s top musical artists.
Khan’s final role in Bollywood was portrayed in the 2016 romantic movie by Karan Johar, titled “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”. In this film, he acted alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma.
Earlier speculations hinted at Fawad Khan potentially rejoining the Indian film scene alongside Vaani Kapoor and Ridhi Dogra, possibly in a cameo for Kartik Aaryan’s upcoming horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Yet, it’s only Abir Gulaal that has been officially confirmed as his project in India.
As a lifestyle expert, I find it quite significant that Khan has managed to make a return to Bollywood, given the 2019 decision by the All India Cine Workers Association. This association imposed a full ban on Pakistani actors and artists in reaction to the Pulwama attacks. Remarkably, against all odds, Khan has successfully navigated this challenging situation, demonstrating resilience and adaptability within the Indian film industry.
Previously, in 2016, the Indian Film Producers Organization enacted a ban on employing Pakistani artists, musicians, and technical staff within India, as political tension escalated between our countries.
