As described by the South China Morning Post, these buds are designed to function as an audio assistant for various scenarios such as traveling, language practice (like English), music listening, or just seeking companionship.
Users can activate their earbuds by saying the command “Doubao Doubao,” which is derived from ByteDance’s artificial intelligence model, as reported by SCMP.
