In a previous conversation with TopMob Masterclass back in 2023, Shahid Kapoor shared that a second installment of Farzi is planned for the future. Noting that the 2023 thriller series, Farzi, ended on a note that left room for interpretation, there’s potential to delve further into the narrative.
Last year, Shahid shared that a second season of Farzi is on the horizon due to the overwhelming response and the open-ended nature of the story’s conclusion, which didn’t wrap up neatly. He hasn’t committed to any other OTT projects yet because he had two releases this year, but plans to focus on cinema for a while.
In terms of his professional endeavors, Shahid Kapoor is preparing for director Rosshan Andrrews’ project titled Deva. This action-packed suspense movie is set to premiere on February 14, 2025, making it an ideal choice for Valentine’s Day viewing. Pooja Hegde will be sharing the screen with him in this film, taking on the role of the female lead character.
On July 7, 2015, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput officially became husband and wife in a private ceremony held in Delhi. Since then, they’ve welcomed two beautiful children into their family – a daughter named Misha Kapoor and a son called Zain Kapoor.
