As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in analyzing the lives of celebrities, I must say that the Khan-Sharma duo never ceases to amaze me. Arpita and Aayush are not just another Bollywood couple; they have made their mark in the industry and continue to do so, both personally and professionally.
In simple terms, Salman Khan’s sibling, Arpita Khan, along with her actor spouse, Aayush Sharma, are a well-recognized duo within the Bollywood industry. Not too long ago, they successfully sold their renowned party residence in Bandra for a substantial sum of Rs 22 crore. According to news outlets, this couple has now acquired a lavish new abode in Worli.
In 2022, Aayush and Arpita shelled out a whopping Rs 10 crore for their new Bandra home as per Hindustan Times’ reports. This luxurious abode sits comfortably in the Khar West neighborhood, which is a suburban area of Mumbai.
The Khar residence is found on the twelfth level of the high-rise building known as the Flying Carpet skyscraper, which was constructed by Satguru Developers. This dwelling encompasses approximately 1,750 square feet, and it comes with four assigned parking spaces.
On February 4, 2024, Arpita officially acquired a property and paid a stamp duty of INR 4 million, as confirmed by Zapkey’s document examination. This property is positioned close to the Bombay Gymkhana, with monthly rental rates varying between INR 175,000 and INR 200,000.
By 2024, it’s been reported on social media that they’ve offloaded their Khar residence for an impressive sum of 220 million rupees. However, specifics about their new dwelling in Worli are still under wraps, as they haven’t disclosed any information publicly yet.
In the year 2014, Arpita Khan tied the knot with actor Aayush Sharma. Together, they have welcomed two beautiful additions to their family: their son Ahil who was born in 2016 and their daughter Ayat who joined them in 2019.
In terms of his career, Aayush will soon star in the movie titled “Kwatha,” acting alongside Isabelle Kaif. This film is based on true incidents related to the Indian Army and is helmed by director Karan Lalit Butani. The screenplay was penned by Karan Butani himself.
Sharma is well-known for his outstanding roles in movies like Loveyatri, Antim, and Ruslaan. Additionally, he has been part of several music videos, such as Chumma Chumm, Manjha, First Rain (Pehli Pehli Baarish), Tera Hoke Nachda Phira, and Galti.
Meanwhile, Salman is presently engaged with the shooting of Sikandar, a production by Sajid Nadiadwala and helmed by AR Murugadoss.
