Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s rom-com Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani to re-release in theaters on THIS date

As a child of the 2000s Bollywood era, I can’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia at the thought of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani returning to the big screen! This iconic romantic comedy was a staple in my VHS collection (yes, I’m dating myself here), and watching Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif dance their hearts out on screen was nothing short of magical.

The much-loved romantic comedy film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, titled “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani,” is set for its return to cinemas on October 25, 2024. This movie, helmed by the talented Rajkumar Santoshi, follows the tale of a free-spirited man who unexpectedly falls in love with a girl from a Christian background, creating a chain of amusing and heartfelt incidents.

Back in 2009, when this magical cinematic experience graced our screens for the first time, I was one of those utterly enamored fans who couldn’t help but share their exhilaration! Revisiting the comments, it’s clear that the songs – catchy and uniquely memorable – were a huge hit. But what truly resonated with many of us was the wave of nostalgia this heartwarming film stirred up. It’s as if we stepped right back into those moments, feeling the same joy all over again.

The movie garnered broad acclaim from critics due to its unique blend of comedy, love story, and insightful societal critique. Upon its release, it also enjoyed significant box office success.

Original: What a time it was..Love this movie

Currently, on her career path, Katrina Kaif recently appeared in “Merry Christmas” alongside Vijay Sethupathi. This movie, helmed by Sriram Raghavan, can now be streamed on Netflix.

On a different note, Kapoor has completed working on director Nitesh Tiwari’s first part of Ramayana, which boasts an impressive cast that includes Sai Pallavi, the acclaimed actor from KGF (Yash), and Sunny Deol alongside other talented actors.

Earlier reports indicated that due to the grandeur and extensive nature of the film, the filmmakers opted for a two-part narrative structure. Unlike others in the industry who usually produce the second part only after the success of the first, it’s been disclosed that Ramayana will be filmed concurrently instead.

Apart from his role, the actor is set to appear in two more films – “Animal Park” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and “Love and War” helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Both these films also feature Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.

Moreover, there’s chatter suggesting the actor will be part of YRF’s highly-awaited Dhoom 4. Keep checking TopMob for additional information!
