As a gamer with an ear for music and a heart for nostalgia, I can’t help but feel like a kid in a candy store when LCD Soundsystem drops new tunes! Been there since their early days, grooving to “Daft Punk is Playing at My House” and “All My Friends,” and the anticipation for each new release has never waned.
The latest tune from LCD Soundsystem premiered on London’s NTS Radio. Titled “X-Ray Eyes”, this track was spun by DJ Anu as part of her Soup to Nuts broadcast.
The song, titled by James Murphy, premiered around the 20-minute point, with him softly singing “I got eyes that can see inside.” As reported by BrooklynVegan, this track is expected to release soon, although it’s not available on any streaming services as of yet, according to Anu.
For the first time in two years, LCD Soundsystem has released fresh music titled “X-Ray Eyes.” This comes after they produced “New Body Rhumba” for the soundtrack of Netflix’s “White Noise”. Their last album, “american dream”, was dropped in 2017.
Check out the “X-Ray Eyes” on NTS Radio now.
