As a long-time BTS fan and someone who has followed RM’s journey since his debut with the group, I am beyond excited about the global release of “Right People, Wrong Place” documentary. Having grown up with BTS and their music, it’s fascinating to see how their members navigate their fame and personal lives.
HYBE has officially announced the global release of RM’s Right People, Wrong Place documentary.
The movie is scheduled to premiere in more than 90 countries and territories on December 5, telling the story behind the creation of his second solo album titled “Right Place, Wrong Person“. The movie Right People, Wrong Place delves into RM’s introspection regarding the level of honesty he can maintain as both himself and Kim Namjoon. It showcases his struggle between appreciating the attention he receives and dealing with the anxiety and apprehension that come with his celebrity status.
Under the direction of Lee Seok-jun, the documentary is scheduled for its formal debut in Seoul on December 5, having been selected for the Open Cinema section of the 29th Busan International Film Festival after receiving an invitation.
In May of 2024, “Right Place, Wrong Person” was launched – approximately a year and a half following the solo debut of the BTS member titled “Indigo”.
RM’s Right People, Wrong Place hits theaters December 5.
