As a seasoned gamer who’s been around the esports block a few times, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement when I hear about the Pokémon Unite India League for PUACL 2025! With some of the best Indian esports organizations participating, this is definitely a game-changer for the region. The $40,000 prize pool is just the cherry on top!

2025 has arrived, and I’m thrilled to be part of the gaming community as the Pokémon Company unveils the India League for their Pokémon Unite Asia Champions League (PUACL)! This is a massive milestone for our esports scene in the region. Eight of India’s top gaming organizations, including GodLike Esports, S8UL Esports, and True Rippers, have joined forces to compete in this groundbreaking event – the first of its kind in our country. It’s an exciting time to be a gamer here!

Starting November 16th, the PUACL 2025 India League embarks on its Regular Season that lasts until January 26th, with matches occurring primarily on weekends. This tournament includes both a Group Stage and Playoffs, all geared to showcase the exceptional talent of these top-tier teams.

During the Group Stage, various teams will go head-to-head in a series of single-elimination matches spread over seven days. These contests will help establish the team rankings for the following knockout rounds. The playoffs scheduled for January 26th will feature the top performers vying for the championship and an opportunity to represent India at the Pokémon Unite ACL 2025 Offline Final in Japan.

A significant amount of $40,000 is at stake in this competition, with the winning team pocketing $16,000. Other top-performing teams will also receive monetary rewards. Notably, Skyesports has been selected as the esports partner for this event once more. Given their collaboration with The Pokémon Company since 2022, this choice is understandable.

Here’s our with all the Pokémon ranked from best to worst!

A tournament open to everyone, known as the Winter Open, is approaching, allowing all Indian gamers to participate and possibly shine. Information about the Winter Open will be shared shortly, so if you want to demonstrate your skills in this Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA), remember to stay tuned for updates.
