Hypebeast Debuts Its Eponymous Label With Vibrant “Seoul Campaign”

As a streetwear enthusiast with a penchant for versatile and timeless pieces, I can’t help but be captivated by TopMob’s debut apparel label. Having traveled far and wide, immersing myself in various urban cultures, this collection resonates deeply with me, especially given its roots in the vibrant cityscape of Seoul.

Under the brand name TopMob, they’ve introduced their own apparel line featuring essential wardrobe pieces with a modern streetwear twist. The initial release is called the “Seoul Campaign,” which encapsulates the lively atmosphere and diverse personalities that define the city’s distinctive culture while highlighting the versatility of the collection’s style.

The collection includes garment-dyed items such as hoodies with zippers, T-shirts, sweatpants, and a cap. It has a slightly worn-in look that gives off a casual, effortless feel. The color scheme is simple, consisting of Navy, Dark navy, and Washed Gray tones. The branding takes on a subtle approach, with hoodies, T-shirts, and sweatpants all featuring single tonal embroidery on the front. In contrast, a more noticeable “HYPEBEAST” logo is placed on the back of the T-shirts and hooded zip-ups.

As a fervent admirer, I’d like to share how this campaign showcases an array of individuals – from chefs and designers to musicians, young skaters, and even flea market vendors, each flaunting items from the collection in their distinctive manners. Notably, Chef Kwon Seong-Joon, famously known as Napoli Matfia from Netflix’s Culinary Class Wars, graces us with his presence by modeling the Dark Navy hoodie amidst the kitchen of Via Toledo, his renowned Italian restaurant in Seoul.

The TopMob Label collection, priced between $65 USD and $160 USD, was unveiled at an exclusive event in Seoul over the weekend. This collection is now available for purchase on HBX’s website and will also be accessible in their LANDMARK store in Hong Kong starting from November 26.
