As a gamer with a penchant for streetwear and a heart for Southeast Asian culture, this collaboration is nothing short of exhilarating! Growing up, I’ve always admired the vibrancy, resilience, and unity that defines our region. This SEA No Bounds, SEA No Borders collection truly embodies these values in a way that resonates deeply with my spirit.
A trio of Southeast Asian streetwear labels – Ageless Galaxy from Indonesia, Pestle & Mortar Clothing out of Malaysia, and Don’t Blame The Kids based in the Philippines – have come together for a joint project that highlights our regional camaraderie. Named “SEA No Bounds, SEA No Borders,” this collaboration will unveil its offerings gradually from now until December 7, with events taking place in cities such as Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta.
This partnership serves as a celebration of the common history that Southeast Asia shares, promoting unity, diversity, and innovation. As the brands announced jointly, “It’s more than just a collaboration — it’s a movement.” It aims to foster connections between cultures, ignite creativity, and reshape the perception of what it means to be Southeastern in today’s global society.
Of particular interest is that the assortment encompasses three t-shirts and a coat jacket. Notable pieces are the “Triple Threat” t-shirt, showcasing emblems of national mascots from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines; the “Nationals Fruits” t-shirt, embellished with lively fruit designs; and the adaptable “SEA No Bounds Coach Jacket,” which boasts reflective elements and promotes a message of unity.
Events will be held in each brand’s hometown. The next one is scheduled for December 5 in Kuala Lumpur at P&MC’s store, followed by the grand finale on December 7 in Jakarta at Ageless Galaxy store, featuring Saykoji and the East Rider Crew. Both the Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta events are open to the public.
