Oh, my heart is all aflutter! As a long-time fan of both TWICE and Megan Thee Stallion, I can confidently say that their latest collaboration, “Strategy,” has been the cherry on top of my K-pop-loving sundae. Growing up in the States with a deep love for hip hop and R&B, I never thought I’d find myself head over heels for a K-pop girl group. But here we are!
In a fresh collaboration, the dynamic nine-piece K-pop group TWICE has joined forces with American rap star Megan Thee Stallion for their new music video titled “Strategy”. This title song is part of TWICE’s 14th mini-album named “STRATEGY“, making it their second joint project after they appeared on Megan’s remixed track “Mamushi.
The lively and entertaining video for the song “Strategy” highlights TWICE’s charming tactics when it comes to love. They display their strategies for capturing someone’s heart through various scenes. The group looks fabulous in a range of stylish, colorful outfits while executing complex dance moves against a background of pink targets and whimsical imagery.
Megan Thee Stallion boosts the momentum with a powerful 35-second verse, assertively expressing her unique approach to captivate: “Communicating through my body, that’s my secret weapon / Other girls may strive, but I’m exceptionally difficult to outdo.” Joining forces with TWICE, Megan effortlessly blends into their synchronized rhythm, infusing her distinctive style into the collaborative effort.
