In simple terms, each character can possess a Good, Neutral, or Evil persona, and this attribute won’t have much significance on its own. However, it plays a crucial role when forming teams. To illustrate, a highly effective healer in the game named Alice, will provide an advantage if her team consists only of characters with either Neutral or Evil personalities.

How to determine which personality you get?

Following each response you provide, the display on your screen will show one out of three colors: blue, yellow or red. Blue represents a positive or good personality, yellow signifies a neutral character, while red indicates a negative or evil personality. Your task is to remember the questions and answers, aiming for an approximately equal distribution among them.

The Priest will be able to heal MC, which is ultimately going to help keep you from dying (because when MC dies, it all goes to hell). You can also try having two Priests, if you think your characters can handle the damage. Either way, just try to keep MC alive and hopefully the rest of the team too.

3 Tip #3 – Avoid unnecessary battles

In Wizardry Variant Daphne, unlike other RPGs, if your summoned characters meet their demise in battle, they’re actually gone for good. This emphasizes the importance of being well-prepared before engaging in combat and avoiding battles when your health is low.

Instead of engaging in battles that might lead to your character’s demise, which would make progress difficult, consider tackling only a few battles initially, then taking a break. Work on enhancing your team members and acquiring superior gear, while also avoiding encounters with formidable foes.

5 Tip #5 – Always have healing potions on you

Healing potions can be found in the abyss, but you can also purchase them. You should always have a few on hand whenever you are headed into battle, even if you have 1 or 2 Priests on your team, as an insurance policy. You want to make sure that none of your heroes die in battle, especially the MC.

Instead of employing them for minor health point (HP) recovery, only use the healing potions when your hero’s HP is critically low and near death. It’s wise to conserve their usage if you can maintain your team’s health. I suggest always having 3-5 healing potions readily available as a minimum.

6 Tip #6 – Slow and steady is the right way to progress

At the onset of the game, particularly if you’re a novice, consider engaging in a skirmish with approximately 4-5 adversaries as a starting point. This will help you gauge your team’s resilience. If they perform well, proceed with the battle; otherwise, retreat to the Inn and reorganize before trying again.

If you want to spend money, consider getting the pass. That will allow you to resurrect heroes a lot easier, and that’s one of the things that should be your #1 priority.
Always build your team with durability in mind – use good Armor, and make sure they have enough defensive stats.
ALWAYS disarm traps. You need a thief for that, but MC can also inherit that skill and use it to disarm traps.
How to inherit the disarm skill onto MC: Tap on MC> Training Room> Inherit Skill> Select a hero who has Treasure Trap Disarm Skill> Inherit. This will come in handy quite a lot and you won’t have to use a thief on your team. Also, the hero you inherited the skill from will disappear.
I recommend you use the heroes that are not so great for skill inherit – use the skills that constantly boost the stats onto the heroes that you use the most on your team.
