In the on-screen rendition of Mona Kasten’s novel “Save Me,” Maxton Hall, played by Damian Hardung and Harriet Herbig-Matten, portray students at a prestigious private school. When Herbig-Matten’s character, Ruby, discovers a hidden truth about Hardung’s James (also Hardung), a wealthy heir, confrontations ensue. Yet, an unexpected attraction develops between them. Now, I can’t wait for the next episode to unfold!

I’m thoroughly looking forward to watching the second season of Maxon Hall as I recently completed the Automated Dialogue Replacement for it. The new season appears to be quite grim, dark, and filled with sorrow and turmoil. My character experienced some real challenges while filming.
It’s not unexpected that Season 2 might take a more somber tone than Season 1, given the dramatic cliffhanger at the end of Season 1. With James and his sister Lydia learning about their mother’s passing, it seems likely that James may become more closed off in the next season, which will undoubtedly affect his relationships, particularly intriguing to see how this unfolds.
Moving on, Hardung affirmed that the forthcoming edition would be more somber, and he expressed his desire to restore his character’s “cheerfulness”. He elaborated as follows:

Here Are Some Other Great Shows From 2024
In the year 2024, I managed to watch a total of forty television shows. What left me astonished is that three out of my top five favorites turned out to be original productions from Amazon Prime!

We may soon delve into some complex and potentially troubling aspects, although the exact depths of darkness are yet to be revealed. As a viewer, this prospect piques my interest as it suggests an engaging and thrilling narrative unfolding.
Filming for Season 2 of Maxton Hall began during the summer, but as of now, a release date hasn’t been announced. Since Damian Hardung is currently working on Additional Dialogue Replacement (ADR), it seems they might be nearing completion since ADR usually occurs near the end of production to fine-tune audio quality. Fingers crossed, we can expect new episodes this year!
As a cinephile eagerly anticipating the return of my favorite series, I can confidently say that the suspense leading up to the second season feels absolutely tantalizing. The wait might be arduous, but based on the quality of the first season, it’s certain to be worth every moment.
