Khushi Kapoor BREAKS SILENCE on getting lip fillers and nose job; ‘It’s the biggest insult you can give someone’

Khushi Kapoor is one of the highly regarded actresses in today’s Bollywood who boasts significant popularity on social media platforms. Her open discussions often spark online buzz. Lately, she openly discussed undergoing lip fillers and rhinoplasty. More recently, she expressed her thoughts about these procedures, stating that they weren’t as significant an event as some might think.

During an interview with Curly Tales, Khushi Kapoor was questioned about her choice to undergo lip fillers and a nose job. To this, the actress casually replied, “I don’t consider it a major issue.” She added that the concern arises because people are afraid of receiving backlash when they admit to getting cosmetic improvements. However, Khushi Kapoor thinks that there will be criticism regardless of whether or not one discloses having enhancements made.

Regarding the term ‘plastic,’ it’s often seen as a severe criticism, but I don’t find it inherently negative if someone undergoes cosmetic procedures or enhancements. However, my concern arises when individuals present themselves as entirely natural after alterations, and then claim they’ve never changed or enhanced their appearance, because this sets an unattainable standard of beauty.

The actress pointed out that it’s unfair for younger aspiring artists to underestimate their own beauty due to admiration towards their role models. She highlighted the significant efforts and labor involved in crafting an appearance, which often remains unseen by the public. As stated by the actress, there are numerous skincare routines and innovations that many people remain oblivious to, contributing to a particular look.

Thus, Khushi believes it’s important to always be truthful, as people might not care for you regardless of the reason. Reflecting on her actions, the young actress expressed, “I didn’t want to seem like I was making a big deal out of it by specifically addressing an issue, so I simply responded to a casual comment and I don’t think it should be such a big fuss.

In August 2024, Khushi Kapoor openly acknowledged undergoing lip augmentation and rhinoplasty by replying to an offhand comment on a social media post.
