While we wait, a talk show appearance from the actor is running around Instagram, where he spoke about working out alongside the super jacked Jake Gyllenhaal. As the younger actor shared:

Jake proposed a trip to the gym. I wasn’t keen on going since Jake Gyllenhaal is known for his muscular physique, and I can be quite competitive. When we go to the gym, we typically do various exercises like abdominal and leg workouts. Then he suggested we use the treadmill to warm up. I responded that I was already warmed up and ready to go.

As I run beside him, two minutes into the run, I get a side cramp and wish the whole thing was over. But I’m thinking to myself, “There’s no way I’ll back down from this challenge, I will outrun Jake Gyllenhaal.” After a couple more minutes, he says, “This is too simple for us, Tom. Let’s increase the incline.

Oh dear. As the tale unfolds, Holland revealed an interesting incident involving his co-star adjusting the steepness of their treadmills not once, but twice. It was then that the actor from Uncharted felt the urge to compete, proposing to increase the incline even further.

It seems Tom Holland had an intense workout session, but it came with certain repercussions as he himself mentioned.
