War 2: Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR’s dance-off idea was suggested by THIS important person and not Ayan Mukerji; know who

Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, and Jr NTR will soon appear together in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming film titled War 2. Already creating a buzz among fans for its action-packed entertainment, Roshan disclosed last month that he and Jr. NTR would engage in a dance competition which was left undone. Recently, more intriguing details about the dance number have been made public.

Starting March 4, 2025, Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR are set to engage in a dance battle at Yash Raj Studios in Andheri, as per Mid-day reports. This sequence is reportedly a key part of the climax for an espionage thriller directed by Ayan Mukerji. The idea for this dance-off originated with producer Aditya Chopra, who thought showcasing these talented dancers in competition could be the film’s most captivating moment.

In response to this, Aditya and Ayan collaborated with choreographer Bosco Martis on creating the main dance sequence. It’s reported that while Aditya was confident that War 2 would be a stylish action movie, he also wanted both leading actors to perform together because of their reputation for high energy and smooth dancing skills.

In the storyline, Hrithik Roshan, returning as R&AW agent Kabir Dhaliwal, tracks down the lair of the villain, played by Jr NTR. The narrative then unfolds into a thrilling dance confrontation leading to the final action scene. For the past 15 days, both actors have been separately practicing their parts. The filmmakers intentionally kept them separate so that when they clash in front of the camera, it will appear authentic.

The report added that production designer Amrita Mahal Nakai constructed an impressive set, and Pritam created a lively tune. According to sources, more than 500 dancers will participate in the song. Meanwhile, due to the excitement among fans and the press about the track, Chopra has increased security at the location.

Indeed, it’s been clarified that mobile phones are prohibited on set for safety reasons, preventing any photos from the production from being shared online. Each team member has been provided with an identification badge as a security measure. To wrap things up, the report indicates that the film will be nearing completion once the song shooting is finished.
