While working together on the set of the film “New York,” Neil Nitin Mukesh shared some of his past videos with Katrina Kaif. As he reminisced, the actor who starred in “Hisaab Barabar” reflected that when they initially met, they were not friends; rather, they developed animosity towards each other, saying, “We became enemies.

He shared that they often clashed during their initial scene filming, as Katrina frequently interrupted the shoot. There seemed to be one issue or another, and he persistently inquired about her concerns. It turned out later that she had an issue with his lighter skin tone. “Later I found out that it was my complexion that caused a problem for her, during the times when I was portraying my character.

In a subsequent remark, the actress who played Wazir revealed they often engaged in playful banter together, which irritated her because he had recently portrayed an intense character in his previous film, Johnny Gaddaar. Contrarily, Neil shared that once they surmounted that period, they developed a strong friendship during the filming process and ultimately grew very close friends.

To this day, they still cherish each other deeply and share an exceptional connection. They grew so close that when Neil fell ill with a fever over 104 degrees, finding himself alone, the Merry Christmas actress and her crew stood by him all night, attending to him until he had finished his medication.

Currently on the job side of things, Neil Nitin Mukesh recently appeared in the action-comedy flick titled Hisaab Barabar. This film was helmed by Ashwni Dhir and boasted a star-studded cast that included R. Madhavan, Kirti Kulhari, Rashami Desai, and Faisal Rashid.
