Baywatch Star David Hasselhoff Broke His Silence After Ex Pamela Bach’s Death By Suicide

Last week, it was announced that Pamela Bach, a seasoned actress, passed away at the age of 62. Reports suggest that her cause of death was suicide. Bach gained significant recognition for her appearances on hit TV shows such as Cheers, The Fall Guy, and T.J. Hooker. She also played the character Kaye Morgan, a news reporter turned restaurant owner, on Baywatch. Notably, she worked alongside her former husband David Hasselhoff on that show, with whom she had two children. After Bach’s demise, Hasselhoff issued a public statement.

According to People and later confirmed by the LAPD, it appears that actress Pamela Bach passed away from a self-harm gunshot wound at her Los Angeles residence, around 10 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, March 5. Following this sad news, David Hasselhoff, who shares daughters with Bach, spoke up for the first time. Hasselhoff expressed his feelings succinctly, but expressed gratitude for public sympathy and made a heartfelt plea for privacy during this difficult time.

We’re heartbroken over the loss of Pamela Hasselhoff, and we appreciate the affectionate messages and sympathy shared with us during these hard days. However, we ask for seclusion as we mourn and find our way through this tough phase of life.

As a devoted movie enthusiast, I recall vividly that it was on the set of Knight Rider, in 1985, where my path crossed with Pamela Bach’s. Our friendship blossomed into romance, and by 1989, we exchanged wedding vows. Over the years, our union produced two beautiful daughters, Taylor Ann and Hayley Hasselhoff. However, in January 2006, I made the difficult decision to file for divorce from my beloved wife. Regrettably, our separation was finalized by August of that year. Post-divorce, it was determined that each of us would have custody of one of our daughters.

At TopMob, we send our heartfelt sympathies to Pamela Bach’s family, friends, and those closest to her as they navigate through these challenging times.

More to come…
