In recent times, the tower defense genre seems excessively crowded, a situation worsened by its frequent use in advertising. However, it’s refreshing to see Sandsoft Games, creators of Pocket Necromancer, entering the fray with their unique twist. As of now, Fortress Frontline is available on Google Play!

Fortress Frontline is a straightforward new addition, offering a simple yet immersive experience. You’re on your own, controlling one side of the screen, while waves of enemies challenge you. Some are small and weak, while others are tough and durable, but regardless, you’ll face them again and again as you progress through levels. As you play, you’ll adjust your equipment and gather permanent upgrades to help you last longer in each attempt.

Indeed, it’s not common for me to feel enthusiastic about a game like Fortress Frontline. However, Sandsoft Games have earned our appreciation here at PG Towers, and the game’s charmingly cartoonish aesthetic makes it an enjoyable experience with Fortress Frontline.
