Gersh Hires Pamela Goldman as Head of New Voice Department

Pamela Goldman has joined Gersh as head of its new voice division.

Goldman is set to take charge of the Gersh Voice division. This role includes managing her existing list of talents from her tenure at Buchwald, as well as clients under Gersh, in various mediums such as animated series, films, video games, scripted podcasts, and audiobooks. Furthermore, she and her team will collaborate with clients to create and market original animated and extended-length audio projects.

For over two decades now, I’ve been honing my skills as a voice actor, starting as an intern and eventually climbing the ranks to lead the department at Buchwald. Throughout this journey, I’ve lent my voice to countless commercials. In 2019, I took another significant step in my career by founding Buchwald’s animation division.

She will be based out of Gersh’s New York office.

Leslie Siebert, Gersh’s president, expressed enthusiasm about debuting Gersh Voice and broadening our influence within that sector, with Pamela steering the ship. Pamela is a well-regarded figure in the industry who consistently achieves impressive outcomes for her clients. She possesses insight into both the talent realm and the ever-changing voiceover market, making her an indispensable asset to our team.

The recent addition to our organization will contribute to our expansion strategy, as Gersh obtained a share purchase from Crestview Partners in 2023. In the year 2024, Gersh took over two A3 departments, leading to the creation of Gersh Digital and an enlargement of its alternative sector. Additionally, the worldwide sports and entertainment agency You First was acquired by Gersh in 2024.

In 2025, Gersh also hired veteran agent Bonnie Bernstein from CAA.
