For those not in the know, whispers about Amol and Konkona dating have circulated for a year now. This is due to Ranvir Shorey, Konkona’s former husband and actor, hinting subtly that Konkana, known for her role in Wake Up Sid, has moved on with Amol.

In essence, a satirical Twitter account posted an image of Amol’s commentary about PM Modi’s mangalsutra remark, with the caption: “Konkana Sensharma made the wisest choice by parting ways with Modi supporter Ranvir Shorey and opting for secular-minded Amol Parashar instead.

In an unexpected turn of events, I found myself nodding in agreement when asked about a certain topic, much to the curiosity of many onlookers. This response may have fueled speculation that there’s more between me and Shorey than just a professional connection.

Amol and Konkona shared screen space in the 2020 film Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.

In an earlier conversation with The Times of India, Amol subtly suggested that he is in a serious relationship without disclosing the identity. He stated, “I see no obstacle. I haven’t found a valid reason to make it public.” Additionally, he emphasized that genuine relationships hold a certain “sacredness” and seem more “authentic” when they are kept confidential.

In terms of his career, Amol is thrilled with the simultaneous debut of his two consecutive online series, namely ‘Gram Chikitsalay’ and ‘Kull: The Heritage of the Raisingghs’.

In the lead role for director Rahul Pandey’s show “Gram Chikitsalay” are Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, Anandeshwar Dwivedi, Akash Makhija, and Garima Vikrant Singh. The screenplay was written by Vaibhav Suman and Shreya Srivastava, while Deepak Kumar Mishra is the producer. This engaging series debuted on Amazon Prime Video on May 9.
