Akshay Kumar and Wamiqa Gabbi will soon appear together in the upcoming horror-comedy movie “Bhooth Bangla,” which is directed by Priyadarshan. This project was first revealed back in September of last year, and viewers are eagerly awaiting the legendary director’s collaboration with Akshay Kumar from “Hera Pheri 3” and Tabu. To further enhance anticipation, it has been recently disclosed that filming for the movie has now been completed.
On May 18th, Akshay Kumar shared a video featuring Wamiqa Gabbi, taken on the set of Bhooth Bangla. In this video, Wamiqa is seen perched on a rock, while Akshay dances near a waterfall. The scene was captured from a distance, with the camera visible and a melody playing softly in the background.

It’s my seventh crazy adventure with creative genius Priyan sir, my second exciting project with tireless Ekta, and my inaugural enchanting experience with always surprising Wamiqa. Under the guidance of director Priyadarshan, the film Bhooth Bangla is being produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Cape of Good Films, owned by Akshay Kumar. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on April 2, 2026.
