The Colors Within” introduces us to Totsuko Higurashi, a high school student with a unique ability: she can perceive the ‘colors’ that emanate from people. Totsuko is a high school student who can perceive the emotional “hues” of people, ranging from joy, excitement, peace, to a special favorite one. Among all her classmates, Kimi emits the most captivating hue. Despite not playing an instrument, Totsuko starts a band with Kimi and Rui, a bookstore acquaintance who shares a passion for music.
