More than two years have passed since “Chrisley Knows Best” was taken off air by USA Network after completing a 10-season stint. Yet, the Chrisley family from Georgia, who were at the heart of the show, have continued to be a talking point due to the legal troubles faced by parents Todd and Julie. In 2022, they were found guilty of tax evasion and other charges, leading to their imprisonment the following year. Meanwhile, other members of their family are keen on returning to reality TV and they’ve just secured their follow-up series.
The well-known reality TV personalities are now making their transition from USA Network to Lifetime, as their upcoming series has been given the green light. Leading roles in this new venture will be filled by siblings Savannah, Chase, Grayson, and Chloe Chrisley, along with their grandmother, Nanny Faye. At present, the production doesn’t have an official title and is simply known as “The Untitled Chrisleys Project“. Although the show’s final name remains a mystery to potential viewers, they have already been given a sneak peek into its content.
The official summary for the series reveals that the Chrisley family is no longer relying on their previous wisdom but is striving to support each other through difficult times. With Julie and Todd in custody and restricted contact with their family, the show delves into the new challenges they face. However, the couple’s predicament is not the only focus; the series also sheds light on various personal issues experienced by their children.
As Savannah looks after her younger siblings, Chloe and Grayson, she’s been relentless in her efforts to secure a presidential pardon to release her parents from their current situation. At the same time, Chase is dealing with personal challenges, growing his business, and managing his relationship with girlfriend Jodi.
For several years, there’s been much anticipation about what TV project the Chrisley family would embark on next. By August 2023, it was officially announced that a new show is in development, with Todd expressing excitement that his family will once again be on television. There were discussions about whether Todd and Julie would participate in some capacity. Although they are hinted at in the show’s description, it appears doubtful that the imprisoned duo will make personal appearances.

One striking aspect of the new series that might catch the attention of Chrisley Knows Best viewers is the absence of some key family members from the cast. More precisely, Todd’s eldest children, Lindsie and Kyle, who were born to his ex-wife Teresa Terry, are not featured in the show. According to Savannah, there seems to be a lack of communication between her and Lindsie. As for Kyle, he has encountered legal troubles in recent times, which led Todd and Julie to adopt Kyle’s daughter, Chloe.
In 2022, Julie and Todd Chrisley received sentences of seven and twelve years in prison, respectively. Since then, they’ve served time in correctional facilities in Kentucky and Florida. Savannah Chrisley has been actively supporting them while also considering the future possibilities for their reality TV career. In February 2025, she shared an update indicating that she was carefully seeking a suitable situation for her family. Now, it appears they may have the chance to share their story as they see fit.
The Chrisley Project Without a Title will make its debut on Lifetime at some point in the year 2025 as part of their television lineup. For now, you can catch up on Chrisley Knows Best by streaming it with a Peacock membership.
