This month has been significant for Kith as they unveiled their summer collection, reopened their refurbished Manhattan flagship, and launched numerous collaborations, including another with New Balance showcasing the new ABZORB 2010 sneaker. As we move forward in anticipation of what’s coming next for Ronnie Fieg’s brand, it appears that six collaborative ASICS sneakers have been leaked online. Earlier this week, Reddit user Vegan_North reported the early availability of a GEL-NIMBUS 10.1 in “Black/Pure Silver”, and now eBay seller mysia6d is offering five additional co-branded designs for sale.
Initially showcased are two styles of the ASICS GEL-KAYANO 12.1 – one in “Peat/Cream” and another in “Tornado/Pure Silver”. These designs subtly incorporate elements from Kith, notably on the tongue and sockliner. Following this is a “Deliciosoe/Pure Silver” edition of the GEL-NUNOBIKI, which highlights its plaid sockliner as a nod to the brand. Two additional GEL-NIMBUS 10.1s are included in “White/Pure Silver” and “Black/Pure Silver”, with Kith logos on the left shoe’s lateral heel and rear. Lastly, the range is completed by a JOG 100S “Espresso/Vanilla Ice”, which like the GEL-NUNOBIKI, references Kith only through its plaid sockliner.
Currently, neither Kith nor ASICS have shared any information about the launch dates for their upcoming six releases. Keep an eye out for announcements, which will include specifics about the campaigns, and expect these shoes to drop sometime this summer through Kith.
