Now, we have learned exclusively that Ayushmann Khurrana will begin shooting for Sooraj Barjatya’s next project in November 2025.
Based on information from individuals involved in the project, Ayushmann Khurrana is set to step into the realm of Sooraj Barjatya following the launch of Thama. “Ayushmann looks forward to portraying Prem on the silver screen and will assume the lead role for Sooraj Barjatya starting from November 2025. Sharvari is expected to join him in December,” a source close to the project disclosed.
The source revealed that Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming film, a humorous romantic tale focused on nuclear families, is currently in development. The script has been finalized, and now he’s working on assembling his cast. As with his previous works, this film will feature established actors, and the casting process is ongoing. You can expect to see it in cinemas during the second half of 2026 after a six-month production period.
