This summer, more details are being revealed for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood and Orlando, as we learn that Art the Clown from the “Terrifier” movie franchise will be taking up residence in his very own haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights 2025!

2008 saw the debut of the slasher series, starting with the initial “Terrifier” film. This movie introduced us to Art the Clown, a grotesque character painted in grease, who is a chilling figure associated with Halloween. In the fictional town of Miles County, New York, he creates a wave of terror.

2025 sees Damien Leone, the mastermind behind “Terrifier,” joined by producer Phil Falcone and Dark Age Cinema Productions, creating a custom-made “Terrifier” haunted house in both theme parks. Beginning on September 4, 2025, Halloween Horror Nights 2025 will terrify guests in Southern California at Universal Studios Hollywood, with operations continuing through November 2, 2025 on selected nights. In Orlando, the terror commences earlier, operating for 48 selected nights from August 29 to November 2, 2025.

What to expect from the Halloween Horror Nights 2025 Terrifier Haunted House

At this year’s Halloween Horror Nights, the “Terrifier”-themed haunted houses at both events will draw inspiration from the chilling slasher movie series, which currently includes three gruesome installments (with a fourth underway).

According to Universal Studios, those who dare to enter the Terrifier haunted house can expect an overwhelming amount of gruesome scenes as they strive to avoid being chosen as Art the Clown’s next target.

As a devoted fan, I can’t wait to step into the chilling Funhouse of the infamous Art the Clown from Terrifier 2. The journey will take me through a series of unsettling sights, haunting sounds, eerie smells, and an unnerving sense of dread, all culminating in the gruesome displays of Art’s grisly kills, which he seems to enjoy sharing with everyone.

As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that beloved characters such as Vicky and the Little Pale Girl will grace our screens within the confines of this chilling house. Not only that, but iconic kills from various chapters of the franchise will be meticulously recreated.
