Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Adds Sexual Battery and Sex Trafficking to Claims in Lawsuit

Kanye West, also known as “Ye”, is currently dealing with accusations of sexual battery and sex trafficking from his ex-assistant. She has added additional claims to an earlier lawsuit stating that she was drugged and sexually assaulted during a studio session that Sean “Diddy” Combs co-hosted.

From 2021 to her termination in 2024, Lauren Pisciotta was employed by the rapper-producer. Initially, she worked as an A&R representative, later transitioning to a role as his personal assistant. According to a lawsuit filed in June 2024, during the recording of his Grammy-winning album “Donda,” Pisciotta claims that West sexually assaulted her without consent and manipulated her into complying with promises of career advancement. The original lawsuit accused West of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Additionally, Pisciotta filed a separate suit against West and some of his companies for fraud, unpaid wages, and emotional distress caused intentionally.

Although Combs was there during the session where the alleged incident took place, he isn’t one of the specifically mentioned parties in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that on separate instances, Ye inappropriately intruded Ms. Pisciotta’s vagina with his fingers and sexually assaulted her without consent. These incidents occurred while she was employed there. The complaint further claims that he made lewd comments about her body, insisted she wear revealing clothes, frequently touched her inappropriately, and forced her to witness him engaging in sexual acts with other women. He also sent her explicit photos, requested she send similar ones, and repeatedly pressured her to participate in his intimate activities. However, Ms. Pisciotta declined all these advances, as stated in the complaint.

In Pisciotta’s claims, it is suggested that Kanye West proposed a situation where an individual could engage in sexual activity with him if they agreed to let him be intimate with their partner.

According to the lawsuit, it claims that the sex trafficking incident took place due to the rapper luring and persuading Pisciotta with false promises of professional progress, in return for her compliance with his alleged sexual advances. The lawsuit asserts that failing to meet West’s demands would result in severe consequences such as public shaming, cyberbullying, termination, retaliation, and even physical harm.

In response to the initial lawsuit filed in 2024, lawyers representing West declared their intention to launch a legal counterattack on Pisciotta.

In the course of her work, Ms. Pisciotta made inappropriate advances towards West on his birthday, which he rejected. She also sent him unwanted nude photos, explicit messages, and was observed dancing suggestively at the office during working hours, according to a statement from West’s representative in June 2024. On one occasion, Pisciotta bragged that the most memorable moment of her life was receiving ejaculate from a soccer player while texting her supervisor simultaneously. It is widely known that Ms. Pisciotta frequently used sexual manipulation to try to obtain not just money but also luxury items like Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and an excessive amount of cosmetic surgery.

As of now, West’s group hasn’t given a response to the assertions made in Pisciotta’s revised lawsuit submission number two. The Hollywood Reporter contacted one of West’s representatives on Thursday, and we will update this article if any feedback is received.
