The Festival of Accord: Flamefete in Monster Hunter Wilds is enticing players to resume their hunts. This time around, there are fresh cosmetic prizes on offer and an enhanced edition of Uth Duna causing quite a stir, making it a scorching hot event!
One of the most exciting aspects is this: Every participant gets a complimentary Water Gun! Feel free to drench your friends in social spaces, or give Gemma and Alma a refreshing spritz for an old-fashioned summertime frolic.
Unlocking the Water Gun
Immediately upon starting the game, you’ll find that the Water Gun is already at your disposal. This item is among the free content offered during Monster Hunter Wilds’ Flamefete event, which also includes Arch-Tempered Uth Duna and the latest gear such as the Afi Armor Set.
Equipping the Water Gun
Making use of it is straightforward. Simply navigate through your Gesture collection, which can be found under the Communications tab, and search for the “Water Gun” gesture. If you’d like to initiate occasional water fights with your friends, feel free to include it in your Communication Wheel for easy access.
Other Things You Can Do with the Water Gun
Instead of using the Water Gun merely to drench your friends, you can also playfully wet characters such as Gemma the Blacksmith or Alma the Trainer. Watching their distinct responses makes it an entertaining and casual diversion amidst intense hunting sessions.
Hunting Monsters with the Water Gun
It might come as a surprise that the Water Gun indeed has damage values and is not just for playful purposes. Some creative minds within Monster Hunter community, such as Shincry, have managed to successfully hunt monsters using only a Water Gun. In one instance, it took close to an hour to subdue a Chatacabra. You can witness the feat in this video link.
Flamefete Gestures
In addition to the Water Gun, there are other unique features in the Flamefete DLC Pack. However, remember that this content is part of the premium add-on priced at $32. One of its standout offerings is the Bugnet Emote, reminiscent of earlier Monster Hunter games. With it, you can mimic the action of catching bugs in a traditional manner rather than using the regular capture net.
That’s basically all I have to say for now. Keep tuned here on GfinityEsports.com, where you can find top-notch content related to Monster Hunter Wilds.
