Skarsgård, who is a long-time associate of the Sarajevo Film Festival, also serving as a curator and one of the benefactors of the Katrin Cartlidge Foundation – whose scholarships were granted at the Sarajevo Film Festival – presented the foundation’s scholarship to Juanita Wilson during the festival’s 15th edition in 2009, according to the organizers.
