A Video Thinks It Shows A Connection Between Samuel L Jackson’s Infinity War And The Incredibles. It’s Pure Fan Fiction, But I’m Loving The Comments

As a longtime comic book enthusiast and cinephile with decades of experience under my belt, I can confidently say that this fascinating discovery between “The Incredibles” and the Marvel Cinematic Universe has certainly piqued my interest. The striking similarity between these two iconic scenes featuring Samuel L. Jackson and a helicopter crash is not just intriguing but downright compelling.

In recent times, superhero films have gained immense popularity in the world of cinema. Although the Marvel Cinematic Universe leads the pack, it’s not the sole provider of these action-packed flicks. A variety of upcoming superhero movies are being developed by various studios. Interestingly, even Disney boasts a collection of superhero films due to Pixar’s Incredibles series. Recently, an unexpected link between the Marvel Cinematic Universe and The Incredibles has been unveiled.

A video is going viral on Instagram that shows two moments in superhero movies side by side, both including Samuel L. Jackson and helicopter crashes. One is the post-credits scene of Avengers: Infinity War and the other shows Frozone from The Incredibles looking for his super suit. Both include a strikingly similar helicopter crash. Check it out.

In both instances, we see a helicopter spiraling wildly and slamming into a towering skyscraper. The swift succession of observing the helicopter and the ensuing explosion in each scene leaves one pondering whether this sequence of events might not be merely coincidental.

As a gamer, I can’t help but notice the uncanny similarity between these two scenes, it’s almost like they were designed to complement each other. It’s just a coincidence, but it’s so intriguing that some fans are speculating whether it was done intentionally, linking the scene from Avengers: Infinity War to the one in The Incredibles. Others might know it’s just a happy accident, but they’re still enjoying the fun theories being tossed around!

  • You just made me realize people died in the Incredibles
  • Part of me thinks that the crashing helicopter in this scene was a homage to Samuel L Jackson’s role in the Incredibles
  • That was straight up my first thought on watching that scene, I’m glad I wasn’t alone 😂
  • They 100% made that Marvel scene like that because of The Incredibles 🤣
  • Multiverse of Samuels

In contrast to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and The Incredibles, while both revolve around superheroes, they tell distinctly different tales. The Incredibles has consistently emphasized family dynamics over heroics. It’s plausible that modern superhero narratives have been affected by the MCU, so it’s intriguing to speculate that The Incredibles may have influenced the MCU in some way. With a new Fantastic Four movie on the horizon from Marvel Studios, there’s a possibility that Pixar’s superhero family might shape Marvel’s original family.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming Pixar productions have an exciting addition – none other than “The Incredibles 3”! Details about the plot are still under wraps, and it remains to be seen if a script or concept is already in place. While director Brad Bird intentionally avoided referencing popular superhero movies during the making of “The Incredibles 2”, we can’t rule out some subtle nods in the third installment. If there’s even a hint that these connections were intentional, perhaps the new “Incredibles” movie will reciprocate the tribute.
