Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan, recently stepped into acting with the film “Loveyapa”. He acted alongside Khushi Kapoor in a romantic comedy. Unfortunately, the movie didn’t do well at the cinema and Aamir expressed his sadness over its poor performance. Additionally, he provided an update on Junaid’s next project, which will feature Sai Pallavi.
In a conversation with ABP News, Aamir Khan spoke about his son Junaid Khan’s movie “Loveyapa,” which debuted in theaters on February 7, 2025. Lamenting its poor box office results, the renowned actor expressed his disappointment by saying, “Unfortunately, that film didn’t succeed. It makes me very sad as well.
Aamir expressed his thoughts on the film, noting its quality and Junaid’s work as well. He admitted to feeling extremely anxious about Loveyapa, ten times more than for his own films. The actor from 3 Idiots reminisced about his pre-release tension two weeks prior, wondering why he was so apprehensive. Aamir clarified that it wasn’t his film; he neither directed nor produced it. “I have been watching from a distance,” he said, “but my heart is racing.
Speaking from personal experience, I can honestly say that the moment I held my child in my arms for the first time was undeniably the pinnacle of my existence. It’s a feeling, almost indescribable, that resonates deep within me as the emotion of a father. When asked about potential collaborations between Junaid Khan and Aamir Khan Productions, Aamir disclosed they’ve already completed a movie together. He hinted at its release towards the year-end, possibly in November or December. Aamir added that Junaid will be romantically paired with Sai Pallavi in this film, which he found to be an engaging love story.
