Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira says she wanted to give in after being ‘dissatisfied’ with her day; What she did next is worth giving a shot

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I admire the courage and vulnerability displayed by Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan. Her openness about dealing with mental health issues is commendable and serves as a powerful reminder that even celebrities are human and have their own battles to fight.

Aamir Khan and his daughter, Ira Khan, frequently discuss managing mental health challenges. They’ve utilized their fame to educate people on the subject, sparking discussions about depression and anxiety. Just now, Ira posted on Instagram about her day, admitting feelings of dissatisfaction. Yet, she also shared how she overcame those feelings.

Aamir Khan’s daughter, too, acknowledged that such days are acceptable. It’s beneficial to recognize when you have such days as well.

She found herself frustrated by her emotions over the day’s events, as they didn’t match her aspirations, predictions, and eventual outcomes. It was then that she recalled a method to alleviate this situation.

In her note, Ira expressed that she acknowledged and managed her emotions, albeit not optimally healthy, but nothing excessive. She realized she had control over the situation. And as knowledge is power, she can now make improvements! Earlier, Ira’s father suggested they undergo shared therapy sessions together.
