Actor Abhishek Bachchan recently bought an expensive house in the high-end neighborhood of Juhu, Mumbai. It appears that this latest home is located close to his father, Amitabh Bachchan’s well-known residence, known as Jalsa.
According to the Bombay Times, the apartment offers an impressive panorama of Juhu Beach. The Bachchan family has previously owned numerous properties in that district, including five bungalows and apartments within newly constructed buildings. Traditionally, their property investments have been backed by a respected builder who is a fan of Amitabh Bachchan. However, Abhishek’s latest purchase was made through a different developer, signifying a change from their typical associates.
Notable real estate purchases made by the Bachchan family include Amitabh Bachchan’s acquisition of two apartments in Oberoi Sky City for approximately INR 97.5 million, followed by Abhishek Bachchan purchasing six luxury apartments within the same development for around INR 160 million according to property registration documents from Zapkey.com. The estimated value of these units is about INR 154.2 million.
The actor purchased approximately 4,894 square feet of RERA-certified living space at a cost of roughly Rs 31,498 per square foot. These six apartments can be found on the 57th floor of a towering building overlooking the Western Express Highway in Borivali East. Furthermore, Amitabh Bachchan enlarged his holdings by securing three commercial properties within Mumbai’s Veer Savarkar Signature building for around Rs 60 crore during June.

Known for his gripping stories, Sujoy Ghosh is directing this film, which is expected to be a pulse-pounding action thriller. The music and background score for the movie are being skillfully created by Anirudh, while international experts are being enlisted to orchestrate the exciting action sequences.
