“America, Oasis is Coming”: Liam and Noel Gallagher Confirm North America Tour in 2025

As a lifelong Oasis fan who grew up with the raw energy of their music resonating through my teenage years, this news has sent shockwaves of exhilaration coursing through me! I still remember belting out “Wonderwall” at the top of my lungs in my bedroom, dreaming of a time when they would grace our shores again. The thought that they’re returning to North America after all these years is beyond exciting!

“America. Oasis is coming,” the English rock band said Monday.

The musicians have announced new tour dates for North America in preparation for their highly-awaited reunion next year. Their upcoming performances will take place across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Notable shows include concerts at Rogers Stadium in Toronto on August 24th, Soldier Field in Chicago on August 28th, and MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on August 31st.

The Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel, are set to perform at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on September 6th and Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City on September 12th. For each of these shows, American indie band Cage the Elephant will be the opening act.

Pre-registration for tickets is ongoing on the Oasis website until next Tuesday. Ticketmaster will commence standard ticket sales on Friday. The band plans to extend their tour to regions outside of Europe and North America towards the end of 2025.

After many years of family disagreements, the Gallagher brothers have chosen to reconcile, causing quite a stir recently. It was just announced that Oasis will reunite for performances in the United Kingdom starting from 2025. These shows are planned for London, Manchester, Dublin and Cardiff.

30 years from now, I’ll be celebrating the anniversary of one of my all-time favorite albums, “What’s the Story Morning Glory?” by Oasis. This iconic LP, their most successful both commercially and critically, has sold over 22 million copies globally and propelled the band into U.S. stardom. Hits like “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” and “Champagne Supernova” were born from this masterpiece.
