Amy Adams Recalls Singing Karaoke With Taylor Swift — And Why It Didn’t Go Well

As a seasoned fan, I find myself utterly captivated by Amy Adams’ candid confession about her karaoke escapade with Taylor Swift. It seems that the Nightbitch star, in her zealous enthusiasm, may have accidentally overshadowed the pop sensation during their duet at an awards show afterparty years ago.

Amy Adams had a fun karaoke moment with Taylor Swift but that led to a humorous regret.

During her interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the Nightbitch actress shared that she had previously crossed paths with Taylor Swift at an awards show afterparty. They even joined forces for a friendly karaoke rendition of “What’s Going On?” together.

Nonetheless, Adams acknowledges that she might have inadvertently outshone the singer as she was completely immersed in the moment.

Despite previously enjoying Taylor Swift’s music and acknowledging her admiration for her, Adams admitted that attending the concert took her fandom to a whole new level. She exclaimed, “From being casual to being ‘I want all the friendship bracelets!’ It was like, ‘Who is this person inside me?’

Regarding fans suggesting Adams could portray Taylor Swift’s publicist, Tree Paine, in a potential biopic, Adams expressed enthusiasm by saying, “Wow, that sounds fantastic! I’d love that! If it brought me nearer to Taylor, then…

The satirical book tells the story of a mother whose ordinary life takes an unusual twist as she suspects she might be metamorphosing into a canine. Marielle Heller is the one behind the camera, with Anne Carey producing alongside Sue Naegle, Christina Oh, and Stacy O’Neil – Adams’ business partner at the Bond Group company.
