In the new lineup for Tekken 8’s Season 2 Pass, we have the addition of Anna Williams – a seasoned fighter and the sister of Nina who operates as an assassin.
Apart from boasting an array of lethal and elegant combos, she’s equipped with a rocket launcher, which is one of her skills too.
Known as the “Scarlet Lightning,” she has significantly advanced her combat approach from earlier versions, which frequently mirrored Nina’s moveset. Thankfully, with Tekken 7 and particularly Tekken 8, her fighting style has become more unique — a point that Harada and his team have diligently refined over time.
Wearing a fresh bob hairstyle and utilizing advanced skills blended from Aikido and Koppojutsu, Anna is poised to become an impressive figure within the competition.
Experienced Tekken gamers are familiar with the backstory of character Anna. Her sister Nina ended up killing her fiancé on their wedding day, an incident that left Anna devastated and leading to a more ruthless, bitter persona. This change has made Anna a much more dangerous and unforgiving character compared to earlier versions; however, it should be noted that the earlier versions of Anna had well-defined personalities. The reason for her default attire in Tekken 7 being a wedding dress is due to this tragic transformation she underwent.
Anna will become accessible in an early version starting from March 31st, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The complete version of the game will be officially launched on April 3rd.

In Season 2, it’s not just her who’s making an appearance; there are three additional combatants scheduled to join the scene in 2025. Although some fans are eager for Armor King or Bob to return, every Tekken enthusiast understands that the decisions about character introductions lie with Harada.
