As a long-time fan of K-pop and BTS in particular, I must say that the upcoming series “Are You Su…re?!”, premiering August 8 on Disney+, is something I’m genuinely excited about! The opportunity to follow Jimin and Jung Kook on their global adventures before they embark on their military service is a unique chance to get a glimpse into their lives outside of music.

The Instigators (Apple TV+)
In “The Instigators,” Matt Damon, known for his friendship with Ben Affleck, will join forces with Casey Affleck, Ben’s younger brother, instead. The movie casts Damon as an ex-Marine seeking funds, who teams up with a former convict portrayed by Affleck to execute a heist. Packed with action and humor, this film seems promising, especially since it’s directed by Doug Liman, known for the remake of “Road House.” Given its potential pedigree, this could be an outstanding production.

The film “The Bikeriders” didn’t make a significant impact on the box office, given its small-scale character drama nature. However, due to its potential for success on streaming platforms, especially Peacock, it will be intriguing to observe audience response. Critics have largely appreciated “The Bikeriders,” indicating that viewers with a Peacock Subscription might also enjoy it. With a talented ensemble featuring Austin Butler and Jodie Comer, the movie is worth exploring.
