In the upcoming third season debut of “The White Lotus,” it seems that Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, leaves a significant impact.
At the debut screening of the HBO anthology drama, the action figure was spotted and later shared a picture with another individual on Instagram.
In the post’s caption, Arnold (age 77) expressed his excitement about stepping away from filming to attend the premiere of The White Lotus season three alongside his son Patrick Schwarzenegger. He praised the series and hinted at a surprising revelation: Patrick has a nude scene in the show. While Arnold jokingly suggests he might feign surprise, he acknowledges that it’s no shock since “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Don’t forget to watch it this Sunday – his word on it!
Indeed, a previously published nude photograph of Schwarzenegger from a 1970 magazine shoot became widely known. When asked about the image by Oprah Winfrey in 1992, he stated, “Why should I be upset over the naked photo I posed for, as it was for an artist’s sculpture? I have no qualms about it. There’s nothing to be ashamed of or hide.” Additionally, Schwarzenegger appeared almost nude during his initial scene in the 1984 film The Terminator.

Patrick is one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s five offspring, with Maria Shriver as their mother. Notably, Patrick has been featured in the 2021 Netflix film “Moxie” and the true crime series on HBO titled “The Staircase“. Additionally, he is currently engaged to his long-term partner Abby Champion, having previously had a relationship with Miley Cyrus.
In the latest installment of “The White Lotus,” Patrick takes on the role of Saxon, the offspring of a prosperous entrepreneur (portrayed by Jason Isaacs), who’s vacationing at a Thai resort together with his spouse (played by Parker Posey).
The latest season of “The White Lotus” is receiving rave reviews, with a 93% freshness rating on Rotten Tomatoes. According to The Hollywood Reporter’s review, Patrick delivers an exceptional performance as a chilling sociopath reminiscent of Patrick Bateman, but with hidden vulnerability. While the initial episodes may seem sluggish, critics agree that the pace picks up significantly from around the fifth or sixth episode, leading up to some tense and dramatic moments. For those who find the beginning slow-paced, rest assured that things take a thrilling turn later on. Here’s more information about the season.
The White Lotus returns Sunday, Feb. 16 on HBO/Max.
