As Tron: Ares’ Trailer Shows Jared Leto’s Character And Others From The Grid Invading The Real World, I’ve Got Chills Over One Small Detail

As a die-hard fan of cinema, I’ve been eagerly waiting for years about the possibility of a third Tron movie. The project, unfortunately, experienced its ups and downs, but in 2017, it seemed to truly pick up speed with Jared Leto joining the team. Now, we’re just months away from the release of “Tron: Ares”. Although details have been tightly guarded, the first official trailer for this highly anticipated film has finally been unveiled as part of the 2025 movie schedule. The footage showcases Jared Leto’s rugged character, and there’s even a brief, exhilarating vocal cameo that leaves me buzzing with excitement!

Ares And Co. Enter The Real World In A Big Way

According to what we know so far about the movie Ares, the story involves the main character, named Ares, and others exiting the Grid and stepping into the real world. The protagonist is sent on a mission, but his specific objectives are currently unknown. However, from the footage shown, it’s clear that he creates quite a stir as these two worlds meet for the first time.

Some remarkable images fill this space, featuring scenes that, as a fan, I never imagined I’d have the opportunity to witness firsthand. In all honesty, the unexpected appearance of Grid elements in real-life settings is simply mind-boggling. Among my favorites is the captivating image of a Lightcycle racing through a police car. Additionally, it’s thrilling to catch sight of a Recognizer drifting across the night sky while Greta Lee’s character flees for safety.

There’s A Vocal Cameo In The Tron: Ares Trailer That Has Me Hyped

In simpler terms, The trailer is really impressive, but what I can’t help getting excited about is something specific – you might recognize it too. Towards the end of the preview, a voice asks, “Are you ready? Because there’s no turning back.” That voice belongs to none other than Kevin Flynn, who is played by the original Tron actor, Jeff Bridges. Hearing Bridges speak sends shivers down my spine. If you follow the franchise and Flynn’s story, this moment is particularly significant.

In the near future, get ready for Tron to gallop into cinemas on October 10th! Until then, enjoy streaming the initial episodes of the series with your Disney+ membership.
