  • Features include automotive gallery, private spa, rooftop terrace, and luxury interiors
  • Designed with VIBROA, reflecting Aston Martin’s design ethos beyond automotive

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been part of the unveiling of Aston Martin’s first custom-crafted private residence in Asia – N°001 Minami Aoyama. This stunning four-story townhouse is nestled in the exclusive Omotesandō neighborhood of Tokyo, a partnership between Aston Martin and Japanese luxury developer VIBROA Inc. The residence embodies Aston Martin’s unique fusion of craftsmanship, performance, and design ingenuity, making it a true testament to their brand values.

Covering an area of approximately 7793 square feet (or 724 square meters), this home boasts a striking steel staircase, a terrace for relaxing spa sessions, a rooftop offering breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower, and a captivating automotive gallery showcasing two Aston Martins as if they were pieces of art. Crafted by Aston Martin’s in-house design team, headed by Marek Reichman, the residence mirrors the same focus on proportions, materials, and dramatic flair found in Aston Martin cars.

Within the residence, you’ll find a personal spa, golf simulator, wine cellar, and a state-of-the-art Bowers & Wilkins sound system. The interior design features Molteni&C furniture, Hinoki wood for the spa walls, and black lava stone kitchens. The basement and rooftop areas offer a progressive exploration of materials, from darker ones symbolizing retreat, to lighter ones representing renewal.

As an ardent admirer, I’m thrilled to be part of Aston Martin’s global journey into the realm of real estate. I’ve joined forces on ventures in Miami and the UAE, furthering this iconic brand’s footprint not just in Japan, but across Asia. This is another remarkable step in their growth story that I’m privileged to be a part of.
