In the Shatterscarp Side Quest titled “Heart of Valor,” an ex-adventurer named Keipo requests your assistance in fetching his Leviathan Heart from a hidden cave. Unveiled eventually, he plans to utilize it to create a lethal potion, aiming to bring about his own demise – he is battling the Dreamscourge and wishes for a dignified exit. On the other hand, his niece Chiko yearns for him to survive.
Should you bestow the Leviathan Heart upon Keipo, he will express gratitude for your aid by presenting you with “Umpara’s Spear,” an exceptional One-Handed Spear. This weapon is noteworthy due to its ability to discharge a poison dart during Power Attacks and boasting a 25% increase in Critical Damage.
Alternatively, bestowing the Leviathan Heart onto Chiko rewards you with a complete set of Unique Armors and an exceptional Unique Ring.
