The sudden demise of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique has sent shockwaves through the nation. He was fatally shot yesterday evening in Mumbai’s Bandra district by unidentified assailants. Upon learning about it, Salman Khan paid a late-night visit to Lilavati Hospital to support Siddique’s family, visibly affected by the tragic event.

Actor Sikandar stepped out of his sleek black Range Rover, donning a casual light blue shirt. As he approached the politician’s family, photographers captured him in a moment that seemed deeply emotional and troubled.

Salman Khan frequently attended the annual Iftar events hosted by Baba Siddique, where he maintained a strong bond with him, and these gatherings often drew some of the most prominent figures in Bollywood.

The relationship between Salman and the Siddique clan has consistently been robust, with him frequently joining their gatherings and celebrations.

Upon learning about the news, well-known figures in Bollywood such as Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty-Raj Kundra, and Shikhar Pahariya hastily made their way to Lilavati Hospital.

On October 12th, Baba Siddique suffered gunshot wounds to his stomach and chest during an attack outside his son Zeeshan Siddique’s MLA office in Bandra, Mumbai. Having been shot six times, the former political leader was rushed to the hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries later that evening.

According to NDTV’s report, police have apprehended two individuals linked to a shooting incident. These detained persons hail from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, with one more suspect still unaccounted for.

As per the most recent update from ANI, Baba Siddique suffered gunshots in the vicinity of Colgate Ground, Nirmal Nagar, Bandra, Mumbai. Scenes at the crime location show a broken window on his vehicle.

Additionally, it’s been reported by PTI that safety measures have been reinforced outside Lilavati Hospital due to the sorrowful demise of a prominent political figure.

It was confirmed that the attackers shot between two and three bullets at Siddique. Well-known for hosting lavish Iftar gatherings, Siddique had built a significant reputation in political circles. Recently, he switched parties, joining Ajit Pawar’s group within the NCP, having previously been with the Congress party earlier this year.
