Japanese fashion brand BEAMS has unveiled “THE A,” their fresh line focusing on refined basics. Terming this new assortment an “innovative endeavor,” BEAMS aims to redefine the concept of “AUTHENTICITY” for contemporary times. In its debut, BEAMS’ THE A presents a carefully selected range of top-tier men’s wardrobe essentials.
Initially, you’ll notice items like a blue flannel shirt and an Oxford shirt among others in the collection, along with basics such as a white crewneck and a black hoodie. The promotional campaign features friends of the brand wearing the latest line, demonstrating various shapes including a leather blouson jacket, faded denim trousers, and a timeless charcoal suit.

As the Japanese company expands its influence worldwide, particularly in the United States, THE A is now making an appearance. On March 6, the brand unveiled plans to set up online shopping platforms in the U.S., followed by permanent stores later on. Until then, a temporary “BEAMS POP-UP LA” will open at 620 Imperial Street from March 7 to April 20.
The collection is now available at BEAMS’ main stores in Japan, and for a brief period, BEAMS will make the A item accessible at their temporary store in Los Angeles called “BEAMS POP-UP LA”.
